At Double Bull, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes orders may need to be cancelled or returned. This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning products for a refund and cancelling orders before they are shipped.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order if:
- The request is made before the order is dispatched.
- The cancellation is requested via our support email support@doublebull.in with the order number and reason.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Please note:
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the return process once delivered.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are cancelled before dispatch will not incur any charges.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products that:
- Are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Are returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Are in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product shows signs of use, washing, or wear.
- The item was purchased under final sale or promotional offers.
- The product is innerwear, accessories, or personalized/custom items, due to hygiene or customization reasons.
Refund Process
Once a return is approved:
- Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup of the product.
- The product will undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse.
- Upon successful inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Important:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed to your bank account or as store credit, as applicable.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation

- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions for the return or cancellation process.
- Keep all packaging and invoices until your request is approved.
