Return & Cancellations

At Double Bull, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes orders may need to be cancelled or returned. This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning products for a refund and cancelling orders before they are shipped.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order if:

  • The request is made before the order is dispatched.
  • The cancellation is requested via our support email support@doublebull.in with the order number and reason.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, any payment made will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the return process once delivered.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are cancelled before dispatch will not incur any charges.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for products that:

  • Are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Are returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Are in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use, washing, or wear.
  • The item was purchased under final sale or promotional offers.
  • The product is innerwear, accessories, or personalized/custom items, due to hygiene or customization reasons.

Refund Process

Once a return is approved:

  1. Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup of the product.
  2. The product will undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse.
  3. Upon successful inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Important:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed to your bank account or as store credit, as applicable.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

  1. Email support@doublebull.in with your order number and reason for return or cancellation.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions for the return or cancellation process.
  3. Keep all packaging and invoices until your request is approved.
