Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery to our customer support team.
  • The item is returned to us in its original packaging, along with all tags and labels intact.

Refunds will not be issued for products that:

  • Show signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused during transit.
  • Fall under non-returnable categories such as innerwear, accessories, or customized pieces.
  • Were purchased during sale or promotional events, unless defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.

Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Refund Timeline

We initiate refunds immediately after quality inspection of the returned product.
 However, depending on external factors like banking procedures, it may take up to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Late refund requests made beyond the eligible window
